Like others, I was also going through the trauma of period pains and leakage problems by means of regular sanitary napkins until the time I opened up to this blog. After going through the post, I got the best solution for all my period-related issues along with generalized information too.

Menstural Cup Manufacturer | Buy Lunette Cup | How To Use Sckoon Cup Menstural Cup | How To Use Tampax Menstural Cup | How To Use V Cup Menstural Cup | Period Panty & Period Underwear | Reusable & Washable Sanitary Pads or Napkins | White Discharge Pads India

HygieneAndYouhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18349496775288467189noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1642391879245273633.post-1447929660776106202016-06-10T21:11:45.615-07:002016-06-10T21:11:45.615-07:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1642391879245273633.post-71800553791094366922015-07-01T16:29:17.384-07:002015-07-01T16:29:17.384-07:00Wow, beautiful post. I see the monthly cycle asa reminder to slow down, as my body cleanses unneeded tissue I try to cleanse my schedule, and my spirit. It is another physical reminder if my spiritual dependence on Heavenly parents. The time during mensturation I usually regain energy. It is the week before - that pre-mensturation sensitivity time that I call the bottom of my cycle and which pulls me out of the regular go, go, go of life. By the time my moon blood starts I am eager to flush out any built up sin, frustration, or other negative with it, and then I am ready to embark with new vigor on the month. I try to work with the rhythm of my cycle rather than fight against it.Emily Satterthwaitehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02628501128954261944noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1642391879245273633.post-60373395701452486232013-11-20T13:54:27.336-08:002013-11-20T13:54:27.336-08:00Ayla, and Maggie,

Ayla, and Maggie,

I do agree to some extent on this unhealthy world/ and the mentality affecting menstruation as a whole- but for those of us with endometriosis ( for example) which I have, the above has nothing to do with it. I eat healthy, avoid certain foods, etc- I work hard every day to do what I can for my body...yet it's still there. tiredness, moodiness, pain, etc comes with the condition. And it's not a modern disease heck with all of the advances in the medical world- there is so much that isn't known still.

link time if you want to read about it:

https://endtoendo.com/Endometriosis_Research_Spring_Newsletter_2011-History_of_Endometriosis.html

Anyway I had to add my two cents on that. Loved the blog post! EVEN with my endo I still have my sacred time ( I pamper myself- relax- stretch- align my chakras, etc) and even with the pain and so on. I choose to not have the negative outlook though I have my days, not going to lie... but overall I have similar thoughts on menstruation and am so glad there are LDS ladies out there talkin about this! :)LexxWriteshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13536071066137232932noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1642391879245273633.post-16486302018206159102011-03-21T10:56:21.079-07:002011-03-21T10:56:21.079-07:00Sorry I am coming back for one more thought.
Ayla...Sorry I am coming back for one more thought.

Ayla said: "I believe the tiredness, moodiness, pain, etc. associated with this time is a modern creation born of an unhealthy world."
Yes! It was the perfect time for me to read it.

I came across this blog post while reading up on Christian keepers of the Torah- http://asetapartlife.blogspot.com/2011/02/mikveh.html It led me to researching niddah (a Hebrew term describing a woman during menstruation, or has menstruated and not yet completed the associated requirement of immersion in a Mikvah) and gave me something to think on last night while I was avoiding sleep. Whereas before I was really upset by the words found in the Bible about menstruating women and balked at the idea of not having sex while Aunt Flow is in town last night I had a bit of an epiphany that was brought together by my memories of the book The Red Tent. Now I'm starting to really believe that all of this is actually sound advice though sound advice presented in a rather rude and condescending manner. Menstruation is a beautiful thing in my mind. I have always loved it even though I am aware that makes me really really odd. The thought has occurred to me that resting during this time could be very beneficial to mind body and soul and that doing this during our moon time is *especially* powerful.

I don't want to steal this post but expect me to dive a bit more into this and my thoughts around it on my blog.

Thanks for your awesome insights, Ayla!Maggie P.https://www.blogger.com/profile/00985174028478315005noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1642391879245273633.post-85769968042020922102011-03-07T20:28:51.108-08:002011-03-07T20:28:51.108-08:00Browen, yes I have read Red Tent it's one of m...Browen, yes I have read Red Tent it's one of my favorite books :)Ayla Stewarthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17550207373504961193noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1642391879245273633.post-1542145381516117742011-03-07T20:28:01.250-08:002011-03-07T20:28:01.250-08:00Maria, I like your thoughts! So it makes sense to me that "God" or "Hold Mother and Father" are omnipotent and that if HF doesn't understand menstruation, HM does. Because they are a pair, her knowledge covers them both. Make sense? I'm in a bit of a hurry here, sorry.Mariahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14052229323481014406noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1642391879245273633.post-48105793354556776012011-03-07T12:03:35.117-08:002011-03-07T12:03:35.117-08:00I did think of one thing that can be added: throug...I did think of one thing that can be added: through Christ's atonement, he knows all our suffering: even " pain of body, chunger, thirst, and fatigue" (Mosiah 3:7). This shows that though men on earth may not understand difficult and uncomfortable menstruation, Christ does. I would also say that Father in Heaven does as well because he "possesses all knowledge." If a male God is truly omnipotent, he must have perfect understanding of women and their experiences.

Though the Atonement may not be able to take the pain of menstruation and childbirth away, there is comfort in known that we are not alone and that there is a perfectly understand support person who sustains and encourages us through it.Jennehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09693855868835555292noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1642391879245273633.post-10555140979404512082011-03-07T09:45:59.723-08:002011-03-07T09:45:59.723-08:00Thanks! I can't remember much about it, but it was about the women of that time period. During their period they all hang out in a tent together sitting on hay.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
